Megan brings more than 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry to her role at Kodiak, specializing in revenue cycle advisory services to hospitals and health systems. She has partnered with a wide range of organizations across the healthcare continuum to improve operational and financial performance.

She has deep expertise in leading teams focused on revenue cycle, revenue integrity, and utilization management optimization. Her work centers on driving process improvement and change management to enhance net revenue and reduce costs for Kodiak’s customers nationwide.

Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare management and policy from Indiana University. She is a Certified Outpatient Coder and Certified Professional Medical Auditor. In her free time, Megan enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
