INDIANAPOLIS—(April 22, 2025)—Haiyan Song has joined the board of Kodiak Solutions, the company announced today. As a Kodiak board member, Song can leverage her extensive track record of success as both an executive and a board member for software and cloud computing companies.

Song currently is Executive Vice President and General Manager of CloudOps for NetApp, a leading intelligent data infrastructure company. Prior to NetApp, Song was Executive Vice President and General Manager of Security and Distributed Cloud at F5, a cloud application security and delivery company. Before joining F5, Song served as the SVP and GM of security market group at Splunk. She led the company’s transformation from IT operations to become an industry leader in cybersecurity.

For the past five years, Song has served as an independent director at CSG Systems International, which provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for customer engagement, revenue management and payments. She previously was a director of Llamasoft, an AI-powered supply chain analytics software company that was acquired by Coupa in November 2020.
